Welcome to DEXUS’ Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) Induction page.
This is the entry portal to our OH&S Induction programs.
The programs relate to the following providers and their personnel.
- Property/Centre Management Teams
- Contractors and Service Providers who work at our properties
The aim of these programs is to educate and advise contractors and their employees of the OH&S standards applied to all DEXUS properties.
All Property/Centre Management Teams, Contractors and their personnel must be inducted prior to commencement of any work at our sites.

Property Management Team Induction (All members of internal and external Property Management Teams working on DEXUS properties)

Contractor Induction Instructions/Material Building Managers must ensure that ALL Contractors have agreed to and provided evidence of the relevant documentation in accordance with the attached Contractor Management Pack. DEXUS Site/House Rules template has been provided as a guide only to assist Building Managers in developing House Rules specific to their site. These should be provided to the Contractor upon completion by the Building/Property Manager. Any queries should be directed to the DEXUS Risk & Insurance Manager.
